As volunteer Editor in Chief, I am pleased to provide this unofficial link to the Fall 2020 Green Card–the official newsletter of the Federal Bar Association’s Immigration Law Section.  As we went to press with this issue, the outcome of the Presidential election was still uncertain, but (as they do to this moment), attempted policy changes in immigration and asylum law still continued to erupt with greater magnitude than Mount Vesuvius.  While the world sat at home in the Summer of Covid, we tasked three law students, all in different corners of the country, to carefully study some of the more far-reaching aspects of these potential changes.  May their fresh voices be a reminder to all readers that the Sun Also Rises, no matter how much time was spent indoors.  The edition may be viewed by members on the FBA’s official website, fedbar.org; and, for my readers’ convenience, I have placed a courtesy copy here: https://tricheimmigrationappeals.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Final-PDF-GC-2020.pdf.

Enjoy!
